“I pledged in February. Why are April Backers getting their rewards first?”
When we refer to “April Backers” we’re talking about those of you who pledged at a reward level with an estimated delivery of April 2014. The Backer group names are not based on the date your pledge was made. Here’s a chart to help you identify which Backer group you belong to:
“When will (May/June/July) Backer units ship?”

“When will I get my survey?”
Your Survey will arrive approximately a week before we plan to ship your reward. The Survey is where you will provide your shipping address and color choice.
“I moved. How do I update my shipping address?”
We collect your most current shipping address on the survey that is emailed to you 1-2 weeks prior to shipping your reward. So, if you have not received your survey yet, you do not need to contact us to update your shipping address.
“Where can I get support?”
If you have received your MX Wi-Fi, and are having connectivity issues or have other questions, please visit our support forum.
